Andrew Stuart – Lead Pastor
Andrew has pastored LBCBC since February of 2005. Prior to coming to Little Britain he was a youth pastor for seven years at a church in St. Catharines, Ontario.
He loves to share God’s Word and see it change the lives of those who hear it. He also has a passion for apologetics, attending the Oxford Centre Christian apologetics Summer School this past summer and the International Academy of Apologetics, Evangelism and Human Rights in Strasbourg, France in the summer of 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Theology degree from Emmanuel Bible College in Kitchener (2004), Ontario, and a diploma in Broadcasting from Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology in Welland, Ontario (1996). Other interests include reading, the Dallas Cowboys, Coca-Cola and, like any good Canadian, hockey. He has a great wife, Rachel, and five wonderful children: Josiah, Micah, Hannah, Naomi, and Grace.
MALCOLM STUART – Pastor of Congregational Care
Malcolm was born in England and immigrated to Hamilton, Ontario
with his wife, Ruth in 1966. He worked as Unit Manager and Administrative Supervisor in the Nursing Department of Chedoke-McMaster Hospital for the next 13 years. Sensing God’s call to full-time ministry, Malcolm obtained a B.Sc from Dallas Bible College (1981) and a Th.M from Dallas Theological Seminary (1984). Malcolm served in Church Planting and Pastoral Ministry in the Niagara Peninsula (6 years) and Halifax, Nova Scotia (over 14 years). He retired from full-time ministry in 2008 but was delighted to return to service here in Little Britain in 2011. Not being Canadian born, he is OK with hockey but will knock down doors to watch tennis and still loves Soccer. He also loves history, literature, music and travel but most of all loves encouraging people to “delight in the Lord.” Malcolm is married to his amazing wife, Ruth, and has three grown children (Cameron, Ian and Andrew [see elsewhere on this page]) and thirteen grandchildren.
